Proverbs 25, Psalms 121-125
Psalm 121:5 - "The Lord is your keeper; the Lord is your shade on your right hand."
What a great image, what a promise.
Proverbs 25:21-22 - "If your enemy is hungry, give him bread to eat, and if he is thirsty, give him water to drink, for you will heap burning coals on his head, and the Lord will reward you."
The heart of anyone, enemy or not, would be softened by kindness such as this.
Proverbs 25:28 - "A man without self-control is like a city broken into and left without walls."
Exposed and vulnerable to evil and temptations.
